Elfdalian (älvdalska) is a North Germanic language variety spoken by up to 3,000 people who live or have grown up in the locality of Älvdalen, in northern Dalarna, Sweden. Compared with Swedish, its verb conjugation differs significantly; Elfdalian for example has person endings for each person in plural.
